More Power Within an Hour

The group-oriented workshops focus on the use of grounding for producing more power in fighting techniques. They are divided into two blocks: upper body and lower body. The first one teaches how to increase the power of your punches, strikes and blocks, while the second part focuses on optimal use of the ground to increase the power of your kicks. In both cases, simple, interactive exercises provide instant feedback and quick improvement. Beyond power, the training covers the essentials of proper posture and breath synchronization to maximize explosiveness.
