More Power within an Hour

The group-oriented workshops include instruction on martial arts, body mechanics, breathing, and timing. They specifically focus on the use of grounding for producing more striking power in fighting techniques. The classes are divided into two blocks: upper body and lower body. The first block teaches how to increase the impact of your punches, strikes, and blocks, while the second focuses on optimal use of the ground to increase the power of your kicks. The workshops use simple, interactive exercises that provide instant feedback and quick improvement. Beyond the topics mentioned, the training covers the essentials of proper posture, general fitness, and breath synchronization to maximize explosiveness.
