Individual Sessions
Individual sessions combine specialized martial arts coaching with tailored athletic training. They are customized to the participant’s specific goals and expectations. The training addresses a spectrum of relevant topics, including enhancing segment-to-segment mobility, optimizing kinetics, and improving adjustability. By exploring the relationship between perception, ground-based energy transfer, and body movement, participants will develop a higher level of kinetic intelligence necessary for improved power, optimal reaction timing, footwork, and body positioning.
